Conversation: The Spanish Edition

Ironic conversation between Wanda Louise and the husband on the same day the "Insanity" post went up at Beach Access 31.

Husband:  I'm thinking about buying one of those programs to learn Spanish.

Wanda Louise:  Hola.

Husband:  But they're a pretty big investment.

Wanda Louise:  Agua.

Husband: I'm just not doing as well as I had hoped with the free online version.

Wanda Louise: Que?

Husband:  And the kids are no help all taking Latin and French.

Wanda Louise: Buenos Dias

Husband:  You know that I'm ignoring you right?

Wanda Louise:  Muchas Gracias.

Husband:  You know that you're not actually fluent in Spanish just because your college roommate majored in Spanish, right?

Wanda Louise:  How do you know, you don't speak Spanish.

Husband:  [eyeroll]

Wanda Louise:  If we buy one of those programs do you think we'll use it, or is it just going to keep the Insanity DVDs company on the shelf?   I fear we are going to grow old and not only be un-fit, but also un-bilinugal.

Husband:  Adios.
