So I'm thinking about changing where I go for yoga classes.
I've been doing research on the local gyms and yoga studios and talking to yoga friends.
I thought I had it all figured out until I read this class description.
"Ashtanga Vinyassa Flow is for fit yogi's who enjoy a flow class combined with breath and movement. For those who are on the fast track...... Heated."
I'm scared on so many levels.
I wonder what they mean by "fit." I don't feel particularly unfit, but I don't know if I qualify as "fit" in the yoga sense.
"Heated" -- yikes. I already drip with sweat doing yoga in a chilly classroom. This might also answer the fit question above now that I think of it.
"fast track" -- Yoga and fast track seems like an oxymoron.
And.... wait for it.....
The biggest problem in the description is the blatant apostrophe catastrophe. "fit yogi's"
No, no my friend it's not "fit yogi's" but "fit yogis" Plural, not possessive.
Can I practice yoga at a studio with obvious grammar problems?
Ohmmmm..........
