I work for a tech company and sometimes when folks call our support line we have to let them down easily - meaning, we have to tell them it is user error. Here are some of my favorite lines:
• That would be an I - D - ten - T error (ID10T)
• EOBCC (Error occurred between computer and chair)
• PEBKAC (Problem exists between chair and keyboard)
• Replace user and replace any key to continue
I don't actually use any of them, but it is occasionally tempting.
