It just seems like paying $50 to store $25 worth of flour didn't make sense.
Ever since the husband developed a strange allergy and the only safe bread for him to eat is homemade bread, our flour consumption has increased. A lot. Buying flour in 50 pound bags is the way to go. And of course you know about costco yeast right?
