I overheard this conversation and it made me snort with laughter.
person 1: So what did the doctor say?
person 2: He said he can't figure it out so he wants her to go to some clinic.
person 1: A clinic?
person 2: Seriously! A clinic not even a hospital.
Person 1: That seems odd.
Person 2: And to make matters worse the clinic is in Cleveland, Ohio. We can't even go to the pharmacy clinic around the corner.
person 1: You mean the Cleveland Clinic?
person 2: Yes, that's the one, have you heard of it?
