How Many sit ups can you do?

Because as you know my life is full of boredom and mediocrity right now I'm going to tell you yet again about what's happening at the Y in the mornings.

Hang on to your seats!

We started doing sit ups. 

We started at 15 and add one a day.

Our friend "Dee" who works the desk in exercise room and keeps us entertained offered to count for us. 

We think she's trying to get certified as a trainer, but we told her we're not going to write letters of recommendation until she starts bringing us the coffee we keep asking for on the elliptical machines.

Yesterday we asked her to start her count at 200 and count really loudly so people will be more impressed with us.

She did.

We'll be writing that letter later today.
