Remember how I told you about my "friend" (and I use the term very loosely) Linus, who is becoming a Pilates instructor?
Yesterday she talked me into taking a sample TRX class with her at the same gym.
Sometimes the words "it's free" are not worth it!
TRX apparently means "Thoroughly Ridiculous eXercise."
I'm writing this approximately 3 hours after the class finished and already every muscle in my body hurts.
I didn't know that that place between your toes could ache.
Yikes.
Back to yoga for me.
