Bark like a pirate.

I may or may not have mentioned this before and as you know I'm too lazy to look through nearly 400 posts to double check.

You know how The Corporal has a back story that includes a stint in the "Pen"  -- as in penitentiary, not dog pen. 

We believe it was white "collar" crime.....hahahahaha

In any event part of his back story includes something that makes him HATE being groomed.  Hates it.  Bears his little poodle teeth and goes berserk.  So, as a result we stretch his grooming out as long as possible, and we ask the groomer to shave him down to his pink little skin when he does go in. 

In between groomings I do a bit of touch up grooming with a pair of scissors.  Mostly while The Corporal is asleep.  He doesn't remain asleep for long as this goes on.  And starts to freak out a little when he realizes what's happening.  

Last week I successfully groomed around exactly one eye.

The Corporal is now sporting the pirate look until he sees the groomer. 

Arrgh.
